People are awarded degrees, money, jobs, accolades and fame, not due to their intelligence, but as a direct reflection of their conformity to the established narrative. Those who can memorize the script and act it out better than the rest are those who end up at the top. These are mid-tier intellects, and many of them are women. There's a whole evolutionary background as to why women in particular are especially prone to submission to and reinforcement of what they perceive to be the accepted group narrative. There is also the fact that the bell curve for women's IQ is much narrower than that of men's, meaning there are far fewer outliers on either side (total retards and true geniuses) among women than there are among men.
