Im leaving but still, everyone here just come off as complete fucking retards. The team is 95% Indian btw. Some guy pinged me at 10PM yesterday to explain he was "blocked" from testing a feature. I looked and all it was was a simple case of turning a button in some portal. Took 5 seconds. The guy is a fucking developer btw ... he should KNOW this shit because he's worked here longer than i have. But more importantly, i work 9 to 5, not 9 to 5 and then 9 to 5 evening time. Nowhere in my job, does babysitting a bunch of dumbshits in another country come into play. And this is how they get you to work 60 hours a week or more, because now all of a sudden you're working 9 to 5, and doing a bunch of side shit for a bunch of retards who cant even do something as simple as clicking a button.

I just got done a call and its like these idiots think im a god or something, expecting me to know all the answers. I've only worked here for a few months at best, so to expect me to be more proficient than the guy who'se worked here for years is a bit much ... Imagine releasing a feature or an app, and having the release coordinator (we have a release coordinator for upper environments, but none for the lower ones) dude (also in India) come back to you and ask what needs to be done. THATS YOUR FUCKING JOB YOU DUMBSHIT, I know what my feature needs, but who the hell can just figure out what some config value buried in the app, internal to the deployment environment is supposed to do?

This isn't limited to foreigners. The biggest scam I ever saw was when I did some work for a government agency. The agency would need to hire some technical people for a limited term assignment whenever there was a huge project that required more specialized people than the agency had. The contracting companies have scamming the government down to a science. They hire a bunch of fucking idiots - usually white people in this case - who don't know shit. The company makes a resume for them listing the accomplishments of the company as if they were accomplishments of the person. Then they send these people to staff the government contracts. The government employees have to spend half their time training and doing the contract employees' jobs. After a two-year assignment the contractor's employees are well-trained and experienced, where they are pulled from the government contract and assigned elsewhere. New idiots take their place.

The best part is that the contractor charges so much for the contract employees that it costs more than a government employee even after you factor in their benefits and retirement costs. This country is being robbed blind, and this is how it's done on a massive scale. It's win-win for the contractors because it's the government agencies that look fucking stupid with all the bumbling idiots running around and they get free training and experience for their employees while making a huge profit.

If you're the government employee you're the one that's going to be training the idiots forever. The pay will be lower than the private sector, and the office politics will be even worse. The benefits will be better, though.

I worked with 1 guy from the 70s who was an expert, and a middle aged female who was competent. All the others were complete shit. One couldn't even tell the difference between C and C#.

Probably the older ones weren't around when Western countries decided to stop bothering to vet universities in other countries at all. Most of the ones today have entirely fake degrees and just bank on the fact that the White Devil will do their work for them while training them up to a standard that won't outright get them fired.

I'm pretty sure most corporations who hire curry niggers are totally fine with this too because when they're done having the White Devil do 20 curry niggers' work for them, they'll be trained up enough to kinda-sorta take over and maintain the evil White man's work for a good while.
