Probably because they usually require direct deposit and the government is all up your asshole if you are in their mark of the beast system. $15k is the limit for declaring income taxes, I think. Less than that, and you don't have to file. Although there is no such thing as not paying tax. Everything has taxes attached. Every time you buy stuff you pay taxes on it.
If you ever do your income tax, you'll see they even want black market types to file and declare their income, which I find hilarious.

You mean for a business or for federal income tax? I just checked it's $12,200 gross income. Businesses get taxed out the ass, double if they're on a physical premises.
