the worker shortage is due to the govt indirectly setting a new minimum wage by raising unemployment to hire than minimum wage. If you dont pay more than the govt, you cant get anyone off the couch -- except illegals w/out proper documentation for unemployment :)

That’s why I just make my living capturing cats and selling them to our new chinese overlords. There’s no shortage of strays it’s basically free money.
