I was recently at the doctors, and had a nurse ask me why I hadn't been vaccinated. I gave my usual answer that they like to hear, and then she expressed some shallow anti-vax sentiments. I'd never met this person before, and she had a lot to lose by talking the way she was with me. I didn't bite, and later realized it's at least possible I was being lead down a path. To what end? No idea: maybe just to see how people like us think, maybe she was a disturbed SJW self important hero, maybe I'm wrong and she was genuine.

In any case, be careful. Don't stop sharing and spreading the truth, just be smart about it, and be wary of people who open up too quickly; they might be trying to gain your trust to use it against you. Be especially cautious about strangers who know who you are, while you know nothing about them (like healthcare and government workers).

Can I ask what you use/used? I tried mullein but didn't notice a difference. I used to have a steroid inhaler but its $400/month.

i hope you don't mind these links. https://draxe.com/health/asthma-natural-remedies/

https://snec30.com/blogs/news/curcumin-for-copd-soothes-respiratory-inflammation-improves-airflow-to-lungs

the best curcumin supplement on the market. i know. i've tried many many. https://www.vitacost.com/terry-naturally-curamed-superior-absorption-curcumin-750-mg-120-softgels

the last of a brief research (and my knowledge). this stuff works. i have some. you will get sticker shock. but it doesn't take much. i will make a simple salve with inula and other oils (i use emu and ostrich oil as a base with a butter and beeswax) and i also put drops of inula in a pot of steaming water, put a towel over the head inhale the goodness.

inula doesn't smell pretty like lavender or golden champaca, so add some lavender absolute if the smell bothers you. personally, you might come to love the natural smell. if you'd like i will keep researching holistic treatments for asthma. God bless and good health.

PS when buying expensive EOs, absolutes, raw materials, don't go for the lowest priced and buy from a reputabel company. Eden botanicals and New Directions is a place to start if you so desire.

Thankyou

if you make the salve, rub it on your chest and neck. before going to sleep is the best time. if you have any questions, just message me. here's a list of much less expensive EOs for asthma relief. you can make your own portable spray or blend.
