Almost everything processed these days has some form (or multiple forms) of soy and / or canola oil in it. I recently went to sprouts and was loading my cart with heat and eat meals and decided to check the labels just in case (You'd think a place like sprouts was health conscious) and yep, everything they offered had some combination of soy/canola in it.
