It takes hours to do a cheesecake properly I can't pay that much attention.
Plus there's so much fat in a cheesecake I likely wouldn't eat it. I want to get below 8% BF again and it's ridiculously hard at this point.

Honestly a cheesecake in the oven isn't that hard. If you can follow directions you can do it. I made my wife homemade spaghetti and new york cheesecake the first time we did a date at my place. And I was all of 19 and not in any way cooking inclined.
