That problem will solve itself through attrition (lol) but you may want to ask about vax status upon hiring, since you are now empowered to do so. Hire the un-vaxed and don't hire the vaxed, simply say, "great", then don't hire them for some other reason. That way, you won't lose 3/4 of your work force as they begin dropping like flies.
