Just from that title I know you don't have any experience of owning a business.

Why do you pretend like you are some kind of a genius by coming up with a solution that no one will even consider?

It's easy when you're a nobody making demands from his mom's basement

Tbf anyone dumb enough to listen to thid advice deserves to fail anyway

I’m A Genius. I have solutions to every problem show Me your dick and all Your questions will be answered

I am a business owner, albeit a very small business. I just hired somebody and only ask about they’re vax status and their views on the world, I don’t ask about experience or any usual metric in hiring. All my employees have been great. More than anything I need a critical thinker and a decent person., You find them but what they believe in

First of all, let's be clear that I was against the entirety of the title, which stipulated FIRING EVERYONE VACCINATED as well as hiring the unvaccinated.

You somehow conveniently excluded the firing part to make some kind of an argument for the OP. You're going off of the tangent with the conclusion you made in your own head. Please don't do that.

You didn’t really specify what the fuck you’re talking about. I interpreted it as meaning that it’s impossible to have only unvaxxed people as employees. Maybe I didn’t consider the full implication of the title. If I had a vaccinatied employee I would actually probably consider firing them. Then again I’m more open and unafraid of my politics and views being known throughout my community than most, even the more extreme ones. Guess that’s a perk of owning a business

Show us the way, rabbi.

Alienating a portion of your customers is not a winning platform. Neither is promoting anti vax because you will have some fuck suing your company for providing an unsafe environment. You must do it silently and methodically.

It's the vaccinated that are creating and spreading, it should be called the Vac Variant.

What does the second shot do anyway, turn off the production?

[–] 4 pts

They can't detect flu from a cold from covid. But somehow they can detect "strains" of covid...

The variant crap was predicted the moment there was even a hint of them loosening the screws (vaccine, lowering numbers, etc.); the whole thing is orchestrated.

I will hire and maintain the best employees. Their medical choices are theirs. Only 2 of my people have gotten the shot, 1 before they worked for me and now regrets it. I would not fire or pass on an excellent employee because of a medical condition because I am a businessman not a petty retard lord.

You dont own a business. If you did you would be out of business.

[–] 0 pt

Wouldn't that make you just as bad as them? Exclusion based on a personal private medical choice?

[–] 0 pt

This would actually be discrimination under Federal Law. If you wanted to do that, the law would have to be changed

[–] 1 pt

So would not hiring or firing the unvaccinated

[–] 1 pt

Yes that is correct. The same logic applies under Federal Law for the instance of "not hiring or firing the unvaccinated"

[–] 0 pt

Law matters not to them, why should it matter at all to us?

[–] 0 pt

You would hope to use the court system and law in your favor and use it to get it fairly and ethically enforced

[–] 0 pt

HA! When the fuck has that ever happened?

That problem will solve itself through attrition (lol) but you may want to ask about vax status upon hiring, since you are now empowered to do so.

Hire the un-vaxed and don't hire the vaxed, simply say, "great", then don't hire them for some other reason.

That way, you won't lose 3/4 of your work force as they begin dropping like flies.
