Qualified immunity.
Qualified Immunity: "protects state and local officials, including police officers, from personal liability unless they are determined to have violated what the court defines as an individual's "clearly established statutory or constitutional rights."
The Supreme court has already ruled that this is a violation of constitutional rights, therefore, qualified immunity is no longer in play.
I thought they ruled that the CDC didn't have authority. Is there a ruling that it's a violation of someone's Constitutional rights?
