The problem is that you won't be able to get the court to order them out or the sheriff to kick them out.
the supreme Court has already ruled it unconstitutional. I'm sure one could convince a law abiding sherrif to do so.
anyways, I can't wait for a class action law suit against the cdc to recover all of the lost rent given the ruling, and the fact that the CDC openly defied it.
3.5 million homes * 1500 dollars * 12 months is pretty much the entirety of 10 years of the cdc's annual budget. shut the fuckers down.
Qualified immunity.
Qualified Immunity: "protects state and local officials, including police officers, from personal liability unless they are determined to have violated what the court defines as an individual's "clearly established statutory or constitutional rights."
The Supreme court has already ruled that this is a violation of constitutional rights, therefore, qualified immunity is no longer in play.
