I dont even know, but my brain just stopped caring. I have a call today to go over some changes and why some critical failures occured on my side, and all im doing is preparing to find a job paying more money instead. I guess, since i see the US as insolvent, i also see companies in the US as just as insolvent. And since most are filled to the brim (like mine) with curry munching assholes, i simply just dont care anymore. Part of me wants to work for a majority white company but those are impossible to find in tech

to put it into context, you are sad because you feel you messed something up, that means you care about improving which makes you are a more valuable employee than anyone else.

Some businesses recognise that they need to support workers in their role, some think it's OK to beat them down over every little mistake, don't let yourself stay with the latter by accepting their BS

in any job, put yourself first, just like the lioness eats before her cubs do, evolution knows how things work best

It was a fucked up situation, the team in question told me something is only dev complete when unit testing, etc is all done. Except the curry munchers before me had no unit tests or anything, so i had to scaffold the entire solution to add unit tests, create an architecture, etc. On top of this there were a ton of infrastructure changes required because those werent added in either. And the developer testing the changes was so lazy he considered himself block instead of escalating, and then took a vacation because he couldnt find some testing files ... even though those files were in a git repo. So yeah, im rage quitting this shit because i cant deal with indians anymore, backstabbing, vindictive pieces of shit

My experience in validation engineering in both pharmaceuticals aeronautical and automotive mirror yours. If you want to work with mainly white people, try oil gas and energy industry. Sure upper management is 70% jews, but the people you work with are white, and the real head honchos are white too. They don't have time for no namby pamby BS.

In hindsight, maybe you should have documented the mess FIRST. In the boat maintenance business for instance, that's what you ALWAYS do, you take a picture of everything before touching anything, because once in a while, you have that shit client who's going to tell you YOU broke that shit on his boat while it was broken from the beginning and fixing it isn't part of what he paid for

Now I get that it's a different field here, it's coding, but the same approach should be maintained, to fend off against shit coworkers pining their shit work on you. That is of course, if your boss is an honest person to begin with. If he isn't then it's fucked you should indeed start to look for another place.

My 2 cents and my full support to you

My boss is Indian and did the needy, by immediately blaming me for all the problems. The super boss man had to come in and remind me that even though my boss is pissed right now, i didnt do anything wrong and that my boss is being fucking ridiculous

It sounds you like you have your narrative down, put it into corp speak and politely don't back down. I'd have a resume que'd up to fire off at the conclusion of the meeting. It's productive and will make you feel better. Good luck man

Not the first time i was hired into a company as the blame guy and/or problem person when management realized they needed someone to blame

Document what you think happened - management can either recognise the issues as valid, support you and improve their dev process, or they don't and it will happen again. Either way you can only work with what you have control over, it's up to them to allow you to work efficiently. Yep, mixing cultures never works, indians will side with indians and I'm sure they assume that we will do the same. Do whatever has the best outcome for you, I'd be inclined to be a pro as possible though, you never know when you'll end up working with the same people again

just had a meeting over it, didnt really go that well. This company actually comes off as extremely dysfunctional.
