I dont even know, but my brain just stopped caring. I have a call today to go over some changes and why some critical failures occured on my side, and all im doing is preparing to find a job paying more money instead. I guess, since i see the US as insolvent, i also see companies in the US as just as insolvent. And since most are filled to the brim (like mine) with curry munching assholes, i simply just dont care anymore. Part of me wants to work for a majority white company but those are impossible to find in tech

Insane. Corporate sees smaller payroll numbers on the income statement and that's all they need. They can make a powerpoint showing how much they "saved". Meanwhile you have to bring in White US engineers to fix all their shit. They aren't saving anything and it adds a ton of tech debt. I hate indians so much.

Only worked here a little while, part of me wants to troll mode the shit out of this company, but part of me thinks cut my loses and find a place that isnt this shitty. May have to revert to all white startups since corporate sucks so much

Yeah, I'm not sure what to do either. You definitely aren't alone. I'm just trying to take steps to get out of the rat race and/or do my own thing. The difference on mine is that I don't have to work that hard right now because of how disorganized everything is. If I move jobs I'll have to work way more hours I'm sure. I can stick here and spend the time working on myself.
