I've seen a few people in my neighborhood with U-Hauls and moving trucks, but my friend who lives in a apartment building closer to downtown says that sheriffs have already kicked out a few people from his building since about 8am today. Apparently they're going by when the evictions were filed by the courts, some dating back to February, 2020.

They're not playing around anymore!

Where at in AR? I'm from there so I'm curious. I could survive with no heat in the winter but no AC in the summer would be pretty miserable. This past February was the coldest I'd ever seen it. That big ice storm. It was -7 here in central Ar. That's waaay below normal. It was so cold there were some bushes and wild cane that have permanently died off.
