Balance = stillness. I prefer rhythmic imbalance like a killer guitar solo. Water, which we are 70% cannot flow without imbalance. Your blood has pressure gradients caused by the ol ticker. Balance is inert, but the oxygen and nitrogen in the air are not inert. They radicalize spontaneously.

Radicals are bond breakers, imbalance creators, and energy thieves, and without them we would not be alive. Of course the body attempts to regulate them via anti oxidants, but they will inevitably claim us.

When I say radicals are energy theives, it's what they do, they snatch up electrons, they never give them up, because they themselves lack those electrons, that's what makes them so reactive. Very selfish. They rip the electrons out of atoms and take them for themselves, then the broken atoms find other broken atoms who can share their energy and become "balanced" and in that balancing act they release heat. The mass that is missing between the two when they share their energy is converted to energy in the form of heat.

Water isn't flow

It ain't? How? When water is bonded the same as any refrigerant, hydrogen bonds. Hydrogen bonds ionize readily, ions are one step away from plasma, the most flowiest flow of flowification. Water can flow from base to acid. When acid reacts with your skin and leaves a chemical burn that's oxygen radicals reacting with the water on your skin. You stop the chemical burn by neutralizing the electric charge, acid to base.

Stillness is the end result of balance, yin yang, the stillness is achieved by the balance of forces flowing into each other. Energy cannot be created or destroyed it only changes shape. All that energy is already there, and yes it is spontaneous, one can be spontaneous and interacting with external stimuli.

A lot of radicals are buffered molecules which slow the rate of reaction. Your own body kills and rejuvenates itself, and your experience is based on that interplay of life and death.

Are we really choosing, are we really in control, we like to think so. You get into a car, or some kind of vehicle and it feels like you're choosing what to do, but are you really choosing? You're not consciously thinking to use 56.4% throttle here, or brake with 43kg of force at this part of the corner, you just fucking do it. What are you choosing, except to be as fast as possible, but where is the action you choose that gets you that speed? You can't say, it just happens, you can't even explain it if you tried because it's beyond your conscious awareness. There's no choice in that moment, choice can only exist when you separate yourself from the present.

Then you can inject your ego and say, this happened this way because of this and that, because I chose, or he chose, or she chose, or whatever. Your actual choice in this exact moment is so miniscule in the overall picture, that the odds are against you. Needs will triumph over wants, like you said, sometimes I have to play a flute cause my guitar amp took a shit. Choosing in the absence of something is no choice though, other than you just saying fuck it.
