When I say radicals are energy theives, it's what they do, they snatch up electrons, they never give them up, because they themselves lack those electrons, that's what makes them so reactive. Very selfish. They rip the electrons out of atoms and take them for themselves, then the broken atoms find other broken atoms who can share their energy and become "balanced" and in that balancing act they release heat. The mass that is missing between the two when they share their energy is converted to energy in the form of heat.

Can you explain what this means in more colloquial terms? Form is an illusion where the demarcation of flow and less flow is apparent to our senses. Many steps appear smooth.

This is not correct, reactions are the result of imbalanced forces balancing themselves to a more inert or balanced state. Nothing is truly inert, we cannot achieve absolute zero. All reactions that have a net energy absorption reduce heat, just like all matter that gains electrons is reduced in charge.
We could not have refrigeration if this were not the case. A vortex like a hurricane actually LOWERS temperature, it creates more friction even though the air is getting churned at unbelievable velocities, the net effect is energy absorption thus temperature reduction.
That's the corruption of flow upon form aka the transmutation of form back to flow.
Is that not yin yang? Think of how a chemical battery works. You discharge it, current flows from positive to negative, or the other way around. Then you charge it, energy flows in reverse. Those radical reactions are what let you charge the battery, and discharge it, and they also destroy the battery.

Water isn't flow
It ain't? How? When water is bonded the same as any refrigerant, hydrogen bonds. Hydrogen bonds ionize readily, ions are one step away from plasma, the most flowiest flow of flowification. Water can flow from base to acid. When acid reacts with your skin and leaves a chemical burn that's oxygen radicals reacting with the water on your skin. You stop the chemical burn by neutralizing the electric charge, acid to base.

No such thing as external but in our minds.
Stillness is the end result of balance, yin yang, the stillness is achieved by the balance of forces flowing into each other. Energy cannot be created or destroyed it only changes shape. All that energy is already there, and yes it is spontaneous, one can be spontaneous and interacting with external stimuli.
A lot of radicals are buffered molecules which slow the rate of reaction. Your own body kills and rejuvenates itself, and your experience is based on that interplay of life and death.
Are we really choosing, are we really in control, we like to think so. You get into a car, or some kind of vehicle and it feels like you're choosing what to do, but are you really choosing? You're not consciously thinking to use 56.4% throttle here, or brake with 43kg of force at this part of the corner, you just fucking do it. What are you choosing, except to be as fast as possible, but where is the action you choose that gets you that speed? You can't say, it just happens, you can't even explain it if you tried because it's beyond your conscious awareness. There's no choice in that moment, choice can only exist when you separate yourself from the present.
Then you can inject your ego and say, this happened this way because of this and that, because I chose, or he chose, or she chose, or whatever. Your actual choice in this exact moment is so miniscule in the overall picture, that the odds are against you. Needs will triumph over wants, like you said, sometimes I have to play a flute cause my guitar amp took a shit. Choosing in the absence of something is no choice though, other than you just saying fuck it.
I had no choice, world wide part shortages, but doing needed to be done. I don't question the impulses, I just indulge them, there is flow in that momentum. You just have to follow the root of that flow, flow always goes in a specific way. So it can always be traced to a source.
None of us have anything but partial awareness, it cannot be any other way for we cannot focus on many things at once. We must focus to maximize our interactive capacity, to reflect flow in a pure manner. If there is a thing as choice it is that, and to me, it seems like choice is one of attunement.
Words are corruption but words are also part of that flow, for words are just vibrations in the energy field. They can have truth, that is they reflect flow accurately, just as our formulas can reflect the flow of electricity and wind via Maxwell's equations.
