Nope. Pay your fucking servers a normal wage. If I'm impressed with the service, then I'll tip, and not until then. Automatic tips lead to lazy and uninterested servers.

I've worked in restaurants for years. Now I OWN a restaurant. I'm not going anywhere that enforces a tip. Pay your fucking employees wages. Roll the cost into the meal and explain it if you have to. I pay a living wage. Tipping is not expected or obligated here. Fuck off with that cheap bastard nonsense. Tip wage earning is more kikery.

You not only have to comply with federal, state, county and city regulations as they apply to the health code, but you also have to make sure you don't discriminate against ...you know, niggers and other "minorities".
When I worked as a server, the minimum wage was $3.25 per hour. The restaurant was exempt. The restaurant paid me $1.55 per hour. I lived off my tips.
The federal minimum wage is now $7.25.
Are you paying your waitresses $7.25 an hour?
