15% tip minimum

Nope. Pay your fucking servers a normal wage. If I'm impressed with the service, then I'll tip, and not until then. Automatic tips lead to lazy and uninterested servers.

If my waiter is white, in a white owned establishment, they dont shit in my food, and aren't an obviously kiked traitor...

They get 15% tip. 20% if it is a young white kid working hard.

Invaders get 0%. Unless my wife is there and they do a good job. Then maybe 5-10% if it's a quadroon.

I've worked in restaurants for years. Now I OWN a restaurant. I'm not going anywhere that enforces a tip. Pay your fucking employees wages. Roll the cost into the meal and explain it if you have to. I pay a living wage. Tipping is not expected or obligated here. Fuck off with that cheap bastard nonsense. Tip wage earning is more kikery.

Owning a restaurant has got to be one of the toughest jobs in America today.

You not only have to comply with federal, state, county and city regulations as they apply to the health code, but you also have to make sure you don't discriminate against ...you know, niggers and other "minorities".

When I worked as a server, the minimum wage was $3.25 per hour. The restaurant was exempt. The restaurant paid me $1.55 per hour. I lived off my tips.

The federal minimum wage is now $7.25.

Are you paying your waitresses $7.25 an hour?

Mandatory tipping is bullshit, if I get shit service I am not tipping them. 15% is also bullshit, I tip around 10% for normal service and 15%-20% for amazing service. I get it is a rough job, but 10% is more than fair as for most meals eating out with the wife and daughter that is around $5 or $6 for less than 15 minutes of their individual time.

Next people will say that tipping people for takeout is a sign of whiteness too rolls eyes.

If you're not prepared to pay a 15% gratuity on the service you and your family receive, knowing that the people serving you are earning less than the minimum wage, perhaps you should cook your own fucking meals.

Breakfast servers suffer the most. Bartenders make the most tips, but the old lady that brings you pancakes and eggs over easy...

Maybe you're in fact the nigger since you seem to think you're entitled to extra shekels simply for showing up to work and doing your job at it's bare minimum requirements. Don't like it? Learn a valuable trade, anyone can take an order and bring food to a table. Tips were never intended to subsidize your pay, they were meant for exceptional and/or prompt service above and beyond what was expected of the dining experience.
