As far as I am aware, there are way less vaccinated people than not, and all attempts to apply excessive restrictions have been met with resistance. That is not to say with consistent propaganda, peer pressure and coercion that resistance will not soften. However, filling up prisons that are already holding high capacities with taxpayers seems like the very opposite of what a liberal-capitalist system would want.
Also, you do realise depopulating the West would be like a drop in the bucket considering the birth rates in the third world, right? So what is the aim?
