Let us first establish that white europeans are not all aryan. Weve got an admixture of western hunter gatherer, ancient northern eurasion, neolilthic anatolian agriculturalist and more lately, aryan/steppe.
Also I do not think theres strong evidence that the aryan expansion involved a single highly homogenious group of aryans. Aryan invasion is generally associated with R1a and R1b but these appear to be from 2 different groups that split off (paternally) more than 20,000 ya.
The more recent analysis is that our blue eyes are from the WHG ancestors. I don’t know where the blond or red hair would have come from, ANE I guess? The aryans/ PIE appear to have been partly ANE as well. But the current thinking is that they had mostly darker hair and eyes.
I don’t know what the fuck happened to the Greeks. R1a and R1b are maybe only 30% of the haplogroups in Greece. Its mostly J and E, ewww! Were the myceneans just R1b overlords who mixed to much with minoans or got overrun by middle easterners?

Neolithic anatolian farmers or early european farmers were a dark short phenotype from which select populations such as the sardinians and basque are largely descended. They did not speak proto-indoeuropean. They did not worship dyeus pater aka zeus aka jupiter. They settled in europe 2 to 4 thousand years before the aryans they were not R1b or R1a. They mixed with the WHG and ANE populations already living in those places. They did not have horses or carts or the wheel.
I have heard that some people support that the anatolians were the PIE but Ive never seen anything that made me think that was true.
