TL:DR; The jews lost.
The kikes, Saudis and USA were arming and funding the Wahhabi rebels who were trying to overthrow Assad, had they succeeded they would have installed a pro-Saudi (aka kike owned) government and then Syria could have been annexed by Israel over the next few decades.
However the Wahhabis are bat shit insane and thought they could use the jew's money to create a global caliphate. The terrorists were trained in the ISIS caliphate and funded by US/jew/Saudi money and using US/jew weapons. When Russia entered the war the tide turned and it became clear that Assad would stay in power. Russian air power meant and large scale formations by the Wahhabis would be immediately obliterated and Assad loyalist forces were able to slowly push them back village by village.
Obama and later Trump tried to enter the war on the side of ISIS, but this proved to be a PR nightmare. Just like with the attempt to start a war with Iran it was totally rejected by the US pubic each time they tried. Turkey entered the war to give the terrorists a safe zone in the north but now largely ISIS has been defeated. The lines have solidified and little can be done against the Turkish backed terrorists and the US backed Kurds because Assad might accidentally hit foreign soldiers of Turkey/US who are illegally in his country and give them a Casus belli to pull in all of NATO.
The jews have pulled their funding because the war has failed and there is no chance of taking down Assad. The crazies who were willing to die have mostly blown themselves up already. All the terrorism in the US and Europe was just a side effect of a well funded and emboldened ISIS.
Your analysis is not wrong but I'll give some credit to Trump's vetting policies for the middle east followed by the Covid travel restrictions and general panic. What are terrorists going to blow up when all people are inside at their homes? Besides, it has become so blatantly obvious that the end of the western civilization is near that most Muslims probably relax and enjoy the show.
Here in Germany terrorism is alive and doing well though. You don't hear from it because the bigger plots are routinely stopped by the police thanks to the collusion of big tech and the intelligence services. We have mass stabbings by the Snackbars on a monthly basis though, so the readiness to commit bigger acts of terrorism is there and just waiting for (((someone))) to provide them with the means of organizing.

It's a mixed bag. Muslims from Africa usually just lose their temper and start stabbing random people. Arab Muslims are more selective and target Germans, especially faggots and women, or go for other minorities like the Kurds. They rarely kill more than one or two people and injure a couple more before being stopped.
