This is the only valid reason they can come into your home...at least in the US. 4th amendment.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
The courts will throw out any evidence obtained in an illegal search. However if they illegally enter your home to arrest you or seize your guns the court will do nothing, so the 4th amendment is effectively dead.
The (((patriot act))) made the constitution null and void. It's just there for show now.
Every Amendment was pretty nulled and voided prior to the century turning.
