Fuck that, I'm snatching the first door-to-door vaccine pushers I see and they go straight to the torture dungeon.

[–] 4 pts

It shoves the jab into its own eye or it gets the hose again!

[–] 2 pts

BDSM torture or regular torture?

[–] 2 pts

Why not both?

[–] 1 pt

Giggity

[–] 1 pt

yes

[–] 1 pt

especially when they say they will knock despite your 'no soliciting' signs, to pressure us to get the jab.... sounds like they know the secret password to get BDSMed at my place

Be sure to livestream it as well! Make them fess up as much information as possible while you're at it.

The phone thing is something that amuses me. Parents especially, they’ll drop what they are doing to answer the land line when they know it’s just a spammer.

[–] 4 pts

My 8yo handles all my calls as he sees fit.

[–] 2 pts

Is that why nobody answers me when I call?

[–] 2 pts

No, that’s because the court agreement requires that we block your number.

[–] 1 pt

Umm landline?

[–] 0 pt

Yeah, people still have them. There are plenty of places in the USA that aren't covered by anything but POTS. No cell, no broadband.

[–] 0 pt

Yep, give that number out on forms or to anyone you don't like, then never answer it.

[–] 0 pt

So, I have to get a landline now? Hey

[–] 6 pts

Why not answer so you can enjoy telling them to go fuck themselves?

They'll put you on the FEMA summer camp list.

I wonder if it'll have a pool like Auschwitz?

[–] 1 pt

If there is a list I'm sure I'm already on it.

[–] [deleted] 2 pts

We all are I'm certain. That's why I'd end up stubbornly doing the same thing as you. LoL.

I'm not sure if any state has any weird law about what your talking about; But I am very confident that there is absolutely no requirement for anyone to answer a phone or door. I'm sure there are circumstances regarding your front door, but I don't think there is a requirement. If they have a warrant, or think they can get one later, they will just bust your door down.

As for the vaccine checkers, your best legal bet is to post both: a no trespassing, and a no solicitors sign at your door. Also post them on any conceivable entrance to your property along any of your property within 200 yards of the physical home.

They would be trespassing if they violate those signs, which you could push for charges on. More importantly, if you are in a castle law state, you may be legally entitled to draw a weapon, and/or take physical action to remove the trespasser. I would consult your local laws on the matter before hand. Plus, if they damage anything entering the property, you can sue their ass. Stepping on gates causes them to droop, damaging them, and possible requiring a replacement.

Your best bet is to say you already had your vac and close the door.

Anyone knocking on my door to ask about shots is going to get a few

This is the only valid reason they can come into your home...at least in the US. 4th amendment.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

[–] 1 pt

The courts will throw out any evidence obtained in an illegal search. However if they illegally enter your home to arrest you or seize your guns the court will do nothing, so the 4th amendment is effectively dead.

[–] 1 pt

The (((patriot act))) made the constitution null and void. It's just there for show now.

[–] 1 pt

Every Amendment was pretty nulled and voided prior to the century turning.

I can't wait till they show up, personally; it's not often people come looking for an argument.
