So my friend was reading me a Facebook post which apparently is going around (as I don't have FB). The TL;DR is that people with differences shouldn't be fighting each other because that is what "They" want.

So most of these fucking normies don't ask the logical question of who 'they' are. I asked it for her, "who do you think 'they' are"?

Her, "I don't know".

I replied, "it's the Jews".

She says, "shut up anon, you're such a racist".

"No, seriously, who controls the media and most of the government. Think about it." She responded positively to that and the conversation went on.

Anyways. I've trying to plant these seeds and I think they are finally starting to take root.

Correct question. But wrong question for that specific instance. You should have asked;

Why on Earth would I want to ally with <x-nonhuman group>?

They hate me and want me dead.

They preach this publicly while calling for and committing violence constantly.

You'd likely get the same response. But it's more thought provoking the next time she sees these calls/acts of violence.
