I promise you, if I had real information to give you I will give it to you. I wouldn’t make you solve codes I wouldn’t put it on a countdown where it can be intercepted, if I have real information I’m copying it and giving it to as many people as possible because the globe is it stake, the lives of children are at stake.

No, we’re going to continue to believe that someone with earth shattering information of global importance is going to wait and then die, and then set up a countdown with codes that can be cracked by just regular people, so… We’re not really hiding any information, but we’re also not giving it to you, but then eventually I’m going to give it to you when this number reaches zero and you play enough side games to level up.

Grown adults believe this.

Caller: I have vital information that will save the lives of all of the people in my household!

Operator: Ma’am, would you like to tell me what’s going on so we can send someone over to save everyone in your house?

Caller: Yes! I’m a patriot and saving lives is important to me! I can save all the people on my block, not just my house. OK, I’m gonna send you over a puzzle you need to solve.

Operator: Why don’t you just tell me the information you need to give me. Just… Give me the information.

Caller: OK, I emailed you a secret puzzle and cryptic clues and a countdown. You figure all that out and then I’ll tell you! Hurry!

Operator: Why don’t you just give me the information?
