I started getting captchas on archive links recently... I experimented a little and found that it had nothing to do with my IP, location or VPN but rather my browser... I can open two different browsers and load the same archive page at the same time and get a captcha on one and not the other... it is clearly based on some UUID linked to a browser fingerprint
