if that's true, you're not using a VPN, or another service that limits tracking.

no. I dont use a vpn as most are owned by china.

nord vpn, highly recommend if you buy three years in advance. based in Panama, no records.

I started getting captchas on archive links recently... I experimented a little and found that it had nothing to do with my IP, location or VPN but rather my browser... I can open two different browsers and load the same archive page at the same time and get a captcha on one and not the other... it is clearly based on some UUID linked to a browser fingerprint
