No, because it is two different cycling. One is speed and distance, the other power and endurance. In my best days, I could ride 80 miles in road easy. It was freaking awesome.

I go jogging and just use a sport bike for speed and distance. Used to do 22 miles in 11 minutes on my way to breakfast, that was freaking awesome.
