Something I noticed, my brother loves talking about car tuning and shit. So he likes doing ECM tuning which is like a quick fix/hack on the engine to boost it, by getting around the governor. I mean its not bad, but the kit is already done, and all you do is add in the piece. However, i got to talking about my older car, and i noticed he didnt actually know jack fuck about anything. He didn't know how manual transmissions worked, how an automatic transmission works, what a cam was, what a MAF sensor does, etc. Actually, outside some super basic terms, this guy didnt know much of anything about cars. But he had no problem proclaiming his love of car tuning and shit. And this isnt just engines, its everything, he loves proclaiming knowledge over things he fucking knows nothing about. So i told him the MAF sensor on my car is faulty, and one of the synchronizers needs to be replaced, and i got the shocked pikachu face right after that one, cause he had absolutely no fucking clue what any of those parts do

ooooo yeah, I'm a car guy, I appreciate motorcycles, but I stay away from them because I have the need for speed. I have a CBR 600, but I barely ride it, and honestly it scares me. Luckily I've only fallen off it when it was still. Hence the name slow crash.

Yeah that's why I started racing singles. Supermoto/Enduros and also very easy to ride but still a lot of fun.

I've had sportbikes up to 1000cc but still enjoy whipping around on a 250cc. But yeah you need good gear and good health insurance too. The bike will be fine though; if you wipe out in a race most of the time you just pick it up and keep going. Crash a sportbike and it's yardsaled.

Car on the other hand, if you ding it, or crash it, the thing that hurts the most is usually your ego, and I can live with that.
