Have you ever really read the Bible? Do you follow it? 100%? I mean SERIOUSLY do you stone your children when they misbehave? Does your wife sleep outside during menstuals (I think he’s a dude so ok), do you not wear shirts with different blends of material (yeah no more cotton/poly tees)? Do you have a tattoo? Do you give 10% to your church? How do you find a grip on your homosexuality? Some of the things for holy rollers like you think about. The Bible contradicts itself. It also calls for murder. Christ was the fulfillment of the Old Testament, it can't be understood apart from him.

Believe what you want, but perhaps God does exist, why not for your remaining years be open to that and to him revealing himself to you in Christ, you've nothing to lose.
