The motive is an important part because without it it sounds like "The government just lies because it can" which sounds utterly impractical. For instance, there are people that claim we never went to the moon. Why would the government lie about that? To demoralize the Soviets and give a morale boost to Americans. Do you have an actual source for Einstein having sex with a male cousin? I know he did with a female cousin, but I've never heard of sex with a male cousin.
