I think you need to say it again... but even slower this time...

Your theory is that we should not be able to see the moon in the day because the air will absorb all the light... but this somehow does not apply to a single other thing that is visible during the day.

Air absorbs light, photons, it has to, because free electrons in the air emit and absorb photons. Air is not a homogenous mass of Nitrogen and Oxygen, that's fairytale bullshit. You can't mix the two gasses and get air in a lab, that just doesn't happen.

Why does the sun look red during sunset when the sun is white? Why does it look yellow and our atmosphere blue during the mid day?

Oh light scattering, that's right, which means light is absorbed and diffused by air. In fact our atmosphere absorbs a fair chunk of UV radiation from the sun protecting us.

You can't mix the two gasses and get air in a lab, that just doesn't happen.
