They aren't federal agents. They are a bunch of college kids and bums getting paid $10 an hour to gather info for the government. Give them bad info.
Legally, they are federal agents. They are recruiting Census workers to do this work. All the info you provide is directly tied to you. Providing false info is a criminal act. They threaten fines, but they know the 4th amendment will prevail if pressed. Don't lie, say nothing.
Keep the curtains wide open and just stand there in the window but do not answer the door. Hard stare. No gestures, no motions, just no response except perhaps a mischievous smile. Waste their time at your door. Enjoy the moment.

That only applies to criminal investigations.
Lying on the census is a criminal act though it is rarely prosecuted. I don't think they will be as dismissive with the vax census. Charge people with a crime. Arrest them. Forcibly vaccinate as part of the intake process. Refuse to prosecute. Release back into the community. Don't give them a legally legitimate excuse to arrest you.
Or if you live in an actual house. turn on the sprinklers.
