Every metric you've used to find new candidates is out the window now. Irrelevant. Dollar per hour? Ha...don't waste my time. You know the meme "If only you understood how bad it really is"? Yeah, it's not a meme any more..."normmies" are finally figuring out how bad it really is.
As awesome as you might be personally, your job is viewed as part of the system, and NO ONE wants to work for a system that A.) has made it clear it hates them, B.) is mind bendingly retarded, and C.) is clearly going the way of the Titanic.
Nothing personal, but since you're asking a question like this I assume you're of the business owner class, or at least doing very well...the rest of us are already running away from the rising water in the lower class deck and wondering why you guys aren't too.
This is mostly bullshit. They aren't even thinking that far in. They get "free money" from the government so they don't work, end of story. That's it. There isn't much deep thinking going on.
