I drink a lot of coffee. The physical and emotional addiction is obvious. In a grid-down situation, the last thing I want to care about is alleviating the headache and depression caused from caffeine withdrawal.

I also like the idea of not using any drugs or sporting any dependencies. Save some money every month. It’s a damn racket and a pervasive one at that.

What’s your thoughts on the subject? I love coffee as much as the next guy but that stuff sure as shit isn’t going to grow in my backyard.

Thanks, mane. Going to stick to my no-carb. Carnivore takes good care of me. Just need to cut out the coffee beans and things will be golden.

KenDBerryMD look for him, his advice is outstanding.

Been a fan of Berry for years. “Keto” never worked for me. Wasn't until I went no-carb I began to see results. My family is full of fatasses so it’s east for us to become insulin resistant. Honestly, getting fat is a blessing because it teaches you to study what you eat. Thin as heck now.

Kelly Hogan is one of my favorites.
