Two weeks, that’s all it takes. Give it up for just two weeks and your desire will be gone during the third week. Be wary though, once the caffeine influence is gone it’s easy to convince yourself that “that was easy” and think to yourself it didn’t have that much influence on you. One more cup won’t hurt. But it will. Learn to enjoy water instead. I installed a reverse osmosis system in my kitchen and to the ice maker on my fridge. Nothing tastes better than a glass of ice water from my kitchen. I wake up early, I don’t miss that caffeine rush in the morning, I exercise instead. Be careful, caffeine is hidden in a lot of other foods and beverages. Better yet just avoid sugar in all its forms and you will never accidentally consume caffeine.
Thanks, mane. Going to stick to my no-carb. Carnivore takes good care of me. Just need to cut out the coffee beans and things will be golden.
KenDBerryMD look for him, his advice is outstanding.
Been a fan of Berry for years. “Keto” never worked for me. Wasn't until I went no-carb I began to see results. My family is full of fatasses so it’s east for us to become insulin resistant. Honestly, getting fat is a blessing because it teaches you to study what you eat. Thin as heck now.
Kelly Hogan is one of my favorites.
