Because there's a difference between discernment and irrational spergery - CRT is the latter, discernment is a natural, healthy response to being wronged by fuckwits. And a good, healthy person will not tolerate bullshit and will instill personal boundaries.
So "racist" has a different definition depending on who's using that word...

You can be "racist" (I wouldn't use that word personally though - I'd use the word "discerning") for the right reasons. Irrational spergery (which is nothing more than clowns wanting nothing more than personal gain off others through a pack of lies) isn't the right reason for it.

That word, is a weapon of mass subversion, to the point that, we can't even use it in a conversation without agreeing on a common definition first, these days. And when it comes to definitions of that word, that's where we enter crazyshit territory
There's a root concept, in that word, that is morally sound, that's why it works in the first place. But there's also much more attached to it, concepts that are lumped with it, and it's on purpose, since "day1" when soviet decided to use it as a political weapon

That word is a catch22 type of stuff, you're caught between the hammer and the anvil, on purpose. Either you are not "racist" and then you accept the brown invasion, or you're racist and morally wrong, with the baddies, a piece of shit, a child murderer, you lose
