Interesting comma. Is he saying he is a Christian? Or saying that he wants Christians to back off? People write so poorly these days, it's would be difficult to judge. If the comma is placed correctly, this badly written sentence may mean that he wants "Christian" whoever he is, or maybe Christians (I'm guessing here), to back off. But if the comma is placed wrongly, maybe he is saying he's a Christian?
