Fucking 3x deported felon claimed he was shooting at a sea lion. Funny thing is if he had actually shot a sea lion they would have locked him up and threw away the key. At the time I called the SF Sheriffs Dept at least 6 times giving them shit for releasing the piece of shit when ICE had a deportation hold on him. I'll never forget one Deputy got on the phone and started talking tough like he was gonna arrest me. I laughed and said " Are you gonna extradite me from Florida for a phone call? You dont enforce the laws you have there now asshole!". He was not amused.
