Well, not sure how much it'll matter in the next few years, but the wife and I are officially debt free. Paid the house off in ten years, both vehicles paid off. Have a credit card that is really only used for vacations or emergencies and is paid off that month usually, unless it's something big.

Small victories I guess. One less kikey scheme in my life.

Fuck jews, don't play their games as often as possible

And the county and the HOA (if there is one)... Sadly allodial title has been lost in the US. The only allodial ownership left is metals and crypto (kinda).

Congratualations on true freedom.

Get some solar panels and a water maker and you are almost there. Utility costs will approach rent. They already do in some places.

Set aside a reserve fund for medical tourism to avoid the medical debt trap they lay for your future in the usa. Unfortunately avoiding medical debt slavery is really impossible in the usa as you get older so you will need to move to a foreign country.

And no long term care insurance won't help. They raise the monthly cost as you agr so you need to cancel just when you need it and the payout isn't enough to last the length of most old age care anyway. And of course when you cancel you don't get the money back you already paid in so you were ripped off. Save that premium money instead. So save your money and just accept that one day when you can't take care of yourself that it means its time to stop eating and die. everyone dies. Don't be a vegetable.

we have a well on our property, trying to find a manual setup as well as a solar setup... its more as a shtf kinda thing however.

We are trying to simply keep "making our payments" but to a savings account and build that egg. Like I said, not sure it will matter in the coming years, but its the White thing to do, so I try

Fuck a savings account, buy physical silver mother fucker.

Congratulations on being debt free, seriously, I hope to be there soon! However, My interest rate is fixed < 3% so I'd rather use the money to buy portable assets that will only increase in value during a hyperinflationary period. Debt during inflation is good because as money hyperinflates, my note stays constant and my hard assets skyrocket in value. I'll pay off my house for the cost of a loaf of bread. This strategy is not for everyone and has it's own pitfalls. Regardless, you have reached an honorable milestone and should be very much celebrated. Best to you and your faggots!

Edit: I see from a comment you posted earlier, you are aware of this scheme. Do you man, either way, you're a bad ass whose accomplished more than most of us degenerates will ever accomplish.

yeah that has been on my mind, I have some metals, but I really need to start making acquisition a higher priority

Looking at doing the same but more of an emphasis on a manual setup due to a CME event. How do you plan on doing a manual setup?

found a few really nice self priming hand pumps, all stainless, really nice... I had a well pump go down about a year ago and looked into a manual one and it was just as expensive as replacing the electric one. So it got back burnered for the time, last I checked they were creeping up on $1k for a good self priming one (with my well height anyway). So that also led to the solar talk too... good to have a lot of options when it comes to clean water

Paid mine off 3 years ago. Make damn sure you keep insurance and find out TODAY, when your taxes are due. Those 2 there were in my mortgage payment. So go figure it out.

[–] 1 pt

Yeah we had that all separate from the beginning so no change there

Too bad the state still owns the land. If you pay taxes they own it not you. Especially if they can take it back if you don't pay your taxes.

[–] 0 pt

They can still take it. Eminent domain.

Paid mine off as following my inheritance after the death of my mother - feels good knowing I got out of the system early and they can't take my house away (even if as the result of the death of my mum).

Congratulations!

Congrats on paying off your house!

Congrats! I'm jealous.

I bought my grandmother's house (so I get to pay my uncles/father, luckily not a bank) one year ago. I've got a loooong way to go before I've got that paid off.
