So i dont even know what she is, since my wife died, im guessing its still an ex MIL. Anyways, it feels so frustrating trying to work with her on anything. I've been helping her with my wife's grave, and even that has become aggravating. Apparently it's been 3 years and these people did absolutely nothing for the grave, like absolutely nothing. The place looks like an abandoned waste land right now. So i thought, ok, i guess I'll do it myself. And now she has the balls to fucking insult me and tell me im an asshole. I originally left because these people were being abraesive assholes, the type who expect everything to be handed to them. My wife's mom even "skipped" the funeral because she wanted to go dancing with her friends instead, and yet she complains about me not being proactive enough, even though im setting up all the forms and coordination for unfucking everything she did. On top of this, I am now responsible for litigation against some company she worked for, because these people are so fucking lazy, they want someone else to do the heavy lifting for them, even though they were the ones who initiated the entire grave marker. But now, all of a sudden, Im responsible for their litigation problems. It's like, is there fucking ANYTHING you can do right now? From my POV, everyone in that family comes off as horribly entitled (they are Asian, hence my deep hatred for Asians nowadays), trying to literally stab you in the back at every turn

I'm sorry for your loss. I'm angry at your trouble. Asians aren't entitled they're incompetent and it shows at times like this. Everything we've been taught is a lie and this is why china is still a third world country outside the cities. They might be book smart but they're not street smart. That's why they get beat up every day. Do what needs to be done but reject them at every turn. The faster you get them out of your life the better. As far as litigation.. what's that about? Any contract your wife signed to perform for a number of years is null upon death. I'd sue.

Explained in another comment, litigation against the grave marker store who was making the burial plot. Since I'm not the one who placed the order though, it would be me suing on behalf of the ex in law's family, against the grave marker store, which makes everything extremely complicated from a litigation aspect. I dont think im even allowed to sue on such a charge, since the violation does not directly involve me, my wife, or my estate.

Oh. Can you prove who made the order and correct the billing department? If not you may be stuck. That sucks. But you're a man you'll outlive these troubles. Believe me you'll get back to good days. Just sucks you have to waste so much time in court.

I mean worst case scenario, contact the card issuer and tell them they were fraudulent purchases and ask for a refund. Takes 10 minutes, and done. Why even bother with fucking around with litigation on this one?
