If you have an iphone and the lightning cable is fraying you cannot simply solder it all back together it will not work.

Yeah probably should have done that before I started, I just figured it just a USB cable how hard can it be.

Edit: I assumed and we all know what happens when you assume

I think at this point I'm kind of screwed on the repairing it thing, its not like its a ton of money I just like fixing stuff more than buying new stuff.
