Unlike you, I never changed. I’m the same way as I was before 2014. Yet, I’m now labeled a Nazi, a white supremacist. I wasn’t labeled that in the past. I was called a patriot, a good citizen, an American. I didn’t change. The labels changed. Labels don’t define me, I’m not going to change because of it. Being called a racist has no meaning to me, except it makes it easier for me to spot the idiots.

Not sure how much I changed. I was an idealist but I didnt mind if someone said nigger. Didnt like faggots or whores. Distrusted jews but believed the holocaust happened. Hoped obama would be a positive change. I was at least that far gone.

For context, we are two six foot tall musician dudes that like good art and tolerate minorities but never liked faggots much. Our friends are city people who were still fairly serious about art in their 30s. They went completely blue and we went red in a very short period. It didnt benefit us. I dont see why we would do that unless we were right.

I mention the ghettos just to further remember how I was before that. I was fearless. Ever since I've been on edge.

I lost a key relationship when I went on a political rant in front of their coworkers many years ago. Though it appears that the coworkers in question internalized much of what I said so I suppose that what needed to be said was said. Funnily enough the night in question was the last night I was trending left, from that point onward I was shifting right and had I been able to continue for another 6 months or so I would have achieved parity with this person's values.

But boy I really laid that shit on thick and even referenced time travel in Interstellar which was our first date, bringing the relationship full circle.
