I went by a ma and pa coffee shop/ice cream bar a few weeks ago. They operate out of an old house and turned a window into take-away ; so by myself - wife and kids were at the park a block up - only person in line , outside on the side walk. Stupid old cunt wanted me to put a mask on . I didn't feel like leaning into her and started to walk away . She called after me that they had disposable masks 3 times . I probably wouldv'e spent 30 - 40 bucks . Never going back .
It's great to support White-owned small business. But, as in this lesson here, we cannot afford to feed our enemies.
I was a big local and small business guy but A LOT of them completely disappointed me during all this. Just going to buy from farmers and build everything myself by the time it's all over. Found a couple decent restaurants.
There’s a spic takeout joint I used to pick up cheap tacos from once a week. They hung a sign up on their drive though “please wear your mask in your car”. Have not been back. Potato is right, don’t fund our enemies.
I walked into a Thai place the other month, I was a good customer. Girl behind the 4 tables and 2 layers of plexiglass told me to put on a mask to get my pick up order. I looked at her said, keep it (I hadn't paid yet), and walked out the door. She was going nevermind, it's OK, come back!!! I looked at her got in my car, and haven't been back.
