Reality is our best understanding concerning material existence. You see, hear and feel your body. It's real. You can see feel pets. Real. Your computer is real. Your fixtures and appliances can all be touched and are thus real. You prove existence by using your five senses.
Many other things are not reality, they are beliefs. Jesus, Krishna, global warming, politics... all belief systems.
