No one talked any "holocaust" or mass killing of Jews by Germans in the 1970's. It wasnt a part of the history of world war 2 which was fought by our fathers and mother's and had ended only a few decades before so minds were as fresh as memories of Obama are today. Its all bullshit. A holocaust meant a bad fire like a hot forest fire. Yeah no country wanted Jews and there was a ship full of jews that had been turned back at new york harbor but there was no talk of mass murder. Its was normal to turn away immigrants who didn't want to fit in. And Jews had destroyed Russia so they werent actually welcome.

All countries had pow camps. the usa had them for Japanese. It also had them for german soldiers in Oklahoma.

The camps weren't murder factories. No one was shoved in ovens alive (bodies were cremated just as they are today)

The stupid miniseries came along around the same time as "Roots". I guess blacks and Jews really had a competition going to see who could create the most pity.

By the way Roots was also found to be a fake with the author apparently having copied it from some other fictional story by another author.

A miniseries was a sort of movie that was shown on one of only three networks which existed for tv with about 2 hours of it shown each night. It was a new thing at the time and was a very powerful psychological immersion into fiction which brainwashed tens of millions of people. Back then people didn't know producers would lie about history. People thought it would actually be illegal for a tv or movie to drastically falsely portray history so if they saw it on TV they assumed huge numbers of historians and lawyers had made sure it was all correct.

Not trying to start a generational pissing match, but in my observations a lot of people around your age and older STILL have this delusion

I see it a lot with older family. TV man says X, and X is the law. It makes them really susceptible to the evening news, for example, which is an absolute cesspool of all this evil shit

Younger generation is being duped with the same mentality but instead via social media

Yeah. Its just hard to believe that the news or movies will not only bend the truth but completely make it up.

In movies people think the accurate story must be told. Some believe they can they can change it a little for dramatic effect. Almost none realize they can completely make it up and still call it the real story. That movie about the black butler in the white house was a perfect example. Whole movie was a lie. No one referred to it as the holocaust, that's true. But the warcrimes propaganda was around since the 30s and everyone in the 50s and 60s were pumped full of the propaganda. They just didn't talk about it and there weren't TV movies. There were movies like Night and Fog that they were forced to watch in grade school.

Churchill wrote 6 volumes about WW2 and never mentioned Germany's genocide of jews a single fucking time and yet that is practically the only thing taught about the event in modern history classes.

It didn't happen. It's a total and obvious hoax. I never thought I would live to see the day an even larger one is perpetuated on the masses but covid-19 takes the cake.

There are newspaper articles crying about jews being holocausted in Europe starting as far back as 1890 from what I have seen and during WWII they really stepped up the wailing. This whole "the holocaust didn't exist before the 70s" simply isn't true. Do more research. This shows they cried 6 MILLION holocausted in World War I and there were a lot of earlier claims but finding this info online is harder than ever. JIDF constantly has web sites taken down.

So then what did we believe ww2 was about as young students whose parents had fought it?

Whatweweretaught in school was it was about was leaders who had gotten too powerful and thus were dangerous because they might attack the usa. This was what people thought was bad about Hitler. If he wasn't stopped in Europe he would be attacking new York next.

It wasnt his programs or Germans. And it certainly wasnt about Jews. No one thought much about Jews except to avoid them because they would cheat you if they could and they were killing Christians and "White Russians" in Russia and they just weren't nice people. (Keep in mind this was when Christians ran the nation and got married and had kids and families and didn't fuck without marriage and didn't cheat or commit adultery and if you did you lost your job and societies respect. Jews didn't follow the same morality and so weren't included in polite society built around morality.)

Hell the whole world admired Germanys recovery from the great depression. Hitler had been made man of the year by Time magazine. There was open debate in the usa about whether our legislative system didn't allow the president to act boldly enough when the nation was in trouble like during the great depression and whether the usa president should have more power like Hitler.

Most Americans didn't think it was worth fighting about. most didn't want to get involved in the war in Europe. Sure once it got started and the usa became invocled Americans pulled together but it wasn't by initial choice.

Go to your favorite used bookstore and look in an old encyclopedia written before 1970's. Look in the "H" book and you will find.....nothing.

I bought an encyclopedia from the 60s recently... no entry for holocaust, and no mention of Nazis slaughtering Jews anywhere.

Jews have been invoking the 6 million figure and the idea of their own genocide long before WW2. It seems to me that it so steeped in religious prophecy that they think they can will it into existence through propaganda.

Not true. We learned about it in grade school in NYC during the mid-70s. I remember the number of dead Jews and Gypsies being something like 300,000 to 500,000, though. It didn't become 6,000,000 until I was in high school.
