Perhaps even worse is the matter of stevia. It lowers testosterone dramatically and makes your balls shrink. Yet it is featured prominently in many supermarkets.
Not saying you're wrong, but do you remember your source for this? I'd be interested in reading it, as I was not aware of any bad interactions with stevia.

Anecdotal but I can attest against stevia. Theory is artificial sweeteners eleicit and insulinogenic response in ‘some’ people. I could not drop weight even on an extremely low-carb diet until I removed it from my diet completely. Within days, my weight began to drop and my cravings for sweets was gone completely. I had picked up this tip from Dr Jason Fung’s book The Obesity Code.
Train the pallette to desire meat and all will be well.
