Anecdotal but I can attest against stevia. Theory is artificial sweeteners eleicit and insulinogenic response in ‘some’ people. I could not drop weight even on an extremely low-carb diet until I removed it from my diet completely. Within days, my weight began to drop and my cravings for sweets was gone completely. I had picked up this tip from Dr Jason Fung’s book The Obesity Code.
Train the pallette to desire meat and all will be well.
