Go into any fast food/restaurant and ask them what kind of oil they use for fried products.

Guaranteed it'll be canola/soy(vegetable) oil.

These are highly processed oils that you normally would not have consumed in such large quantity maybe less than 100 years ago. Not to mention containing high amounts of phytoestrogen that mimics female hormone estrogen.

Don't eat fried shit or at least eat them very rarely.

And don't get me started with corn syrup/sugar.
