Soy is in roughly 80% of all foods at the supermarket.
Also: Lechitin, a commonly used fat emulsifier has been replaced with SOY lecithin. Soy is in everything
Soy is in literally everything these days. They even feed it to chickens so the eggs you get from the store are from a soy based diet.
I've started eating chicken for breakfast. It's really not bad. Just cook ahead of time and reheat.
Edit: because I do morning workouts and morning was the only time I drank protein shakes.
Do you know what your chicken is fed?
If not, I got bad news for you.
Local grass fed beef, tallow, butter, and maybe coconut oil are literally the only things left that aren't full of shit. Unless you're growing your own, which you should if you can.
Yeah I want to and been looking into it. I need a really good coup or a good sheepdog. Coyotes round here.
Plus once you've got a solid farm and livestock you're basically stuck there. Can't travel anywhere or else they'll die.
Beef is easy though, just buy a cow from a rancher, have him deliver to a butcher. Just need a big freezer is all.
Get some friends together and split that cow up. Some farmers will also let you buy half or a quarter cow.
Not only is soy full of estrogen, because it is a small sized bean the ratio of insecticide covered surface area to internal bean mass product is huge.
Whey is always better because cows have little comparative additives compared to plant products.
If you eliminate all sugar from your diet, your soy intake will dramatically decrease. You just don’t need sugar, ever!
Yeah, soy is cheep n ezy protein.
It's almost a shame it's such a shitty food product.
Literally! I get the shits when I eat that chalky stuff.
Gold Standard whey appears to be ok at least for soy.
Are you one of those really fucking black niggers? Like, darker than a fucking vacuum in empty space? 's why I ask.
you fucking moron - they write that because it is produced in a facility where soy is processed as well - thus they must notify in case of allergies
produced in a facility
No. Then it would say such;
produced in a facility that also contains ...
Go up to the ingredients list. See "Lecithin", yeah. That's soy lecithin. It could be sunflower lecithin but then it would have to say so there or say so in the "CONTAINS" bit.
e; Like right you fucking kike.
Perhaps even worse is the matter of stevia. It lowers testosterone dramatically and makes your balls shrink. Yet it is featured prominently in many supermarkets.
Not saying you're wrong, but do you remember your source for this? I'd be interested in reading it, as I was not aware of any bad interactions with stevia.
Very much appreciated.
Anecdotal but I can attest against stevia. Theory is artificial sweeteners eleicit and insulinogenic response in ‘some’ people. I could not drop weight even on an extremely low-carb diet until I removed it from my diet completely. Within days, my weight began to drop and my cravings for sweets was gone completely. I had picked up this tip from Dr Jason Fung’s book The Obesity Code.
Train the pallette to desire meat and all will be well.
You want to get your mind blown?
Go into any fast food/restaurant and ask them what kind of oil they use for fried products.
Guaranteed it'll be canola/soy(vegetable) oil.
These are highly processed oils that you normally would not have consumed in such large quantity maybe less than 100 years ago. Not to mention containing high amounts of phytoestrogen that mimics female hormone estrogen.
Don't eat fried shit or at least eat them very rarely.
And don't get me started with corn syrup/sugar.
Eggs, chicken, and beef are free of soy.
Also, get some chickens if you can and farm your own eggs.
