Circumcision is not compulsory in Islam it seems.

It is afaik. It was one of the main distinguishing points amongst muzzies Hindus and Sikhs in the subcontinent.

You could get killed if you were or weren't cut many times depending on which area you were in. Even today if there's a riot. They'll check your cock.

Thats interesting.

I just looked it up before and it says that its not mandatory but encouraged and mentioned in the sunnahs. So perhaps it depends on which muz you ask.
